Rebuilding (Motorcraft 2100)

Tips:

Take lots of photos as you diassemble your carburetor. Schematics are generic and may not have all of the details you need to reassemble.
Do not throw any parts away until your carb is reassembled and tested
Soak components in Berryman’s Chem Dip or Simple Green Aviation formula (follow manufacturer recs)
Clean tubes and small passages with a nylon brush. Soaking and compressed air won’t always clear ethanol deposits and residue.
We don’t recommend taking the throttle shaft and choke shaft apart unless rebushing is necessary.
