Use a screwdriver that fills the jet slot as full as possible. Tap the end of the screw driver a few times with a hammer as you lightly twist, this may knock the jets loose.
Heat the outside of the carburetor around the jet. Be very careful not to overheat and damage the body.
Boil the carb body in hot water, this mimics an ultra sonic bath and often will help loosen stuck parts.
Using a small drill, drill out the jet increasing the drill size until it is just shy of the overall diameter. Most of the time the jet will wrap around the bit and come out. This is a last ditch fix, be very careful not to drill into the thread of the carb body, and you’ll need to find replacement jets.
