Replacement AS floats are not available aftermarket that we know of at this time. As an alternative option, use the AFB floats FL94 available here.
NOTE: Use 9/32" float setting
With the bowl cover gasket and float retainer removed, gauge each float separately. Hold the lip on the float arm against the seated needle, making sure the float pin is bottomed in the guide slots. The distance from the top of the casting to the top of the float should match the dimension listed for your application. Bend the lip on the float arm to adjust, and set both floats tot he same spec. Install the float pin retainer and turn the carburetor upside down. Check the distance between the tangs and adjust based on the sepc table.
