To date, there are no replacements for these parts that we have been able to find.

Should I just plug it off?

Not a good idea. You might be able to adapt it to keep it vented at all times but prevent gas from splashing out and debris from getting in. Ultimately, you’ll need to find a parts carburetor to steal the components off of.
